The graphic design profession is the open source progenitor of all design and the art of communicating, stylising and solving problems through words and images. There are similarities with most other designs, and graphic design is closely linked to all other industries.
As the commodity economy continues to develop, more and more companies are realising that good merchandise is not enough, but also that excellent visual design is needed to achieve better results.
For example, if we want to design a logo for our clothing design profession, we need a graphic designer to help us create a simple and comfortable visual element that conveys the idea or the visual representation of the message, ultimately achieving the purpose of the creative plan.
For example, in the food industry, regardless of the size of the shop, the product and brand concept needs to be presented to the customer's eyes through printing or airbrushing.
The real estate agency industry needs to convey information to customers, and the medium is print.
The travel industry is inseparable from the graphic design to make it into good pictures for shop promotion and network publicity. In addition to the above food and clothing, many other industries are shown through graphic design.
Therefore, as a fashion design student, graphic design is an essential skill to learn in order to create a portfolio, to match the colours of clothing and to show the effect of 2D clothing in the computer.

I combined the importance of graphic design into my work, reflecting on two points, design and branding respectively. Firstly, I need to work more on the design side, not only in 3D, but also in graphic design. Because of the choice of colourful prints, this is often a choice that can make the design stand out while saving various processes and money.
Also for the branding aspect, having a good brand identity is of course a perfect thing, while thinking vertically and at different levels. In terms of brand planning, we still need a website with a visual impact that will leave a lasting impression, and this involves the importance of graphic design. Just like the graphic design of the APPLE website, it always gives a good feeling to attract customers to buy or even to build and grow their brand identity and brand atmosphere from the design of the website. This is a good starting point for me to study and a good example to follow.
